Dr. David L. Cummins (DLC). David Cummins has served the past eight years as deputation director of Baptist World Mission. His ministry has consisted of service as pastor, evangelist, and church planter. He has co-authored volumes one and two of This Day in Baptist History with Dr. E. Wayne Thompson and has also written A Brief History of Baptist Missions.

Contributing Authors
Dr. David C. Baughn (DCB). David Baughn has pastored twohistorical Baptist churches in South Carolina and West Virginia. He has been used of God in the field of evangelism and has served as professor of Baptist History in four Bible colleges. He is often invited to serve as an evangelist, and he conducts Baptist Heritage conferences.
Rev. Robert P. Bixby (RPB). Robert Bixby serves as pastor of Morning Star Baptist Church in Rockford, Illinois. Previously, Brother Bixby served as a missionary in France.
Dr. Ron A. Brooks (RAB). Ronald Brooks has served for twenty years as a missionary and field administrator with Baptist World Mission. Prior to his present position, he ministered as an assistant pastor, school administrator, and college professor. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam, retiring from the Army with the rank of Major.
Dr. Edward G. Caughill (EGC), is associate pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Dr. Caughill has served as professors at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in Owatonna, Minnesota, and Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, Wisconsin, and as Dean of the Tabernacle
Baptist Bible College in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Dr. Fred J. Moritz (FJM). Fred Moritz is executive director of Baptist World Mission, Decatur, Alabama. He has previously served in pastorates in Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana, as well as laboring as an evangelist. Dr. Moritz has authored two volumes and is a continual contributor to
Christian periodicals.
Dr. Larry R. Oats (LRO), is a professor at Maranatha Baptist Bible College, Watertown, Wisconsin. His expertise in Baptist History is well known in fundamental Baptist circles.
Dr. David R. Potter (DRP), is a missionary serving in Pecs, Hungary, with Baptist World Mission. He previously served as a professor at San Francisco Baptist Seminary in California.
